We are a Tourism Agency active in the City of Rio de Janeiro, regulated and supervised by the City Hall of Rio de Janeiro, created from the great need to offer a quality Tourism and transport service to national and international tourists. Tourism Agency regulated and supervised by the City of Rio de Janeiro, with the advantage of drivers being CADASTUR Tourist Guides with a defensive driving course, qualified in English, French, Spanish and Portuguese. We use the exclusive public transport lanes in our city, speeding up the movement of our customers on Tours or between airports. Pro activity and comfort is a priority for us! All of our vehicles have TAG for automatic access to parking lots at airports, ports, convention centers, as well as highway toll booths, ensuring speed and punctuality in our transfers. We offer three models of safety seats for babies and children up to 6 years of age, Wi-Fi, cold water and cell phone chargers. Comfort and safety for the whole family! We carry out receptions at airports / ports / bus stations, destined for the various municipalities and neighborhoods of our city and main tourist destinations, such as: Angra dos Reis / Paraty / Ilha Grande / Búzios / Arraial do Cabo / Cabo Frio / Rio das Ostras / Petrópolis / Teresópolis and Nova Friburgo. Our City tours include all the postcards, natural beauties, historical monuments, museums, religious and sporting icons of our city in flexible and personalized itineraries with 6/8/10/12 hour options. Fantastic Private Transfer and Tour Guide Service

My wife is mobility impaired, and we needed a transfer and tour company that caters to wheelchair users. RTT provided a tailored tour package combined with transfers from the cruise terminal to the hotel and hotel to airport. They also recommended a great hotel. All of this at a reasonable cost. Agostinho was a fantastic tour guide - very animated, accommodating, and knowledgeable. From him we learned so much about the people of Rio and Brazil, the customs, history and so much more. We were able to see all the major sites and sights on our tours with him: 1: Helicopter tour plus parks and viewpoints, 2. City tour We went to the top of Sugar Loaf, to the famous Christ the Redeemer statue, ate at an authentic Churrascaria, and toured all the beaches such as Ipanema and Copacabana among other interesting places. Agostino was always gracious and willing to help with whatever was necessary. We very highly recommend RTT and Agostinho to anyone visiting Rio de Janeiro.

Highly recommended with incredible service.

During our visit to Rio, we used this service twice. Once from the cruise port to our hotel in Copacabana and a couple days later from our hotel to the airport. From the start, Fabiana and here team were excellent. Any messages sent to her were answered promptly and she made every effort to accommodate us. During this trip, we were traveling with a disabled person who was dependent on very heavy and bulky electric wheelchair. Fabiana worked with us to ensure our transportation needs were met. On both trips, both drivers were kind and compassionate with assisting and accommodating this individual. My opinion of Fabiana and her company is nothing but positive, and if we ever return to the Rio area, will not hesitate to book with Rio Taxi And Transfer. Thank you for your great service. Augustinho and Fabiana are an excellent team!

Professional, prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. We travelled to Rio de Janeiro with a toddler and wanted to travel with a carseat around town, even though laws exempt taxis and tours from this requirement. We contacted them, and Fabiana was very courteous and professional throughout our many, many exchanges. They secured a toddler car seat for us. We were so impressed with them that we asked Augustinho to be our guide for two half-day tours - one to Cristo Redemptor and one to Pao de Acucar. Both days were wonderful. He went above and beyond with providing history and insight about each site. He also shared so much of his passion for the city while we were driving around, including many dining recommendations. We will be recommending them to friends and family visiting Rio and we would book them again if we return.

Amazing experience from begining to end.

This is way overdue and l am so sorry Agostinho about my late review. I couldn't recommend this company enough from dealing with fabalous Fabiana who answered all my emails so promptly. Agostinho was waiting for us at the airport and it was so nice to know someone will be there after our 11 hour flight. Agostinho is so knowledgeable and his fluency in english made it so easy to speak and ask him questions. he was always right on time with a smile. thank you Agostinho. Excellent service, highly recommended

Excellent service from the initial communication with Fabiana to the on time collections for return trips from Rio to Buzios and the airport to Rio. Clean cars, excellent time keeping but most of all lovely drivers with Agostinho, Marcelo and Gustavo. AlI spoke excellent English and were incredibly helpful with tips on places to visit and helping us right to our check in desks with our cases. Highly recommended.

Best taxi ever. Our experience of Agostinho and his transfer company was absolutely fantastic.

From our very first enquiry, the communication back from Brazil was first class. He met us at the airport with a big smile and held a board with our family name on to welcome us to his country. The best experience you can have Agostinho was Amazing.

The airline lost our luggage and he waited 2 hours for us at the airport. Also he picked up the luggage the next day and bringed it to our hotel in Angra. His service was SuperB. Also he was always helpful with every request we had. His van is very new. He brings you water for your trip. Mega recommended.
